Jappa is part of an ancient science called mantra Yoga, which uses Vedic mantras as the main tool to act upon human consciousness and transform it. Mantra is a syllable, word or string that has the ability to change the human consciousness by invoking certain cosmic vibrations (energy).

Discuss and understand the principles of Karma and its varieties, human consciousness and mind, how it works and how to work with it. Sankhya Shastra (Vedic Numerology)
All processes, events, people, thoughts, feelings etc. are vibrations of different frequency. Sankhya Shastra is an ancient Vedic science about numbers as another way to describe these vibrations. According to Sankhya Shastra, any vibration can be represented by a concrete number. Knowledge about every number not only gives us possibility to understand true meaning of all processes in our life, but also to predict what kind of events we can expect in future. During this ongoing lecture, we discuss in a more detailed way the meaning of basic numbers used in Sankhya Shastra, and provide different ancient techniques which you can use to make predictions.

Jyotisha Veda (Vedic Astrology)
This ancient Vedic astrology science is more than 5000 years old. This sacred knowledge allows you to understand the reason behind any event understand the reason behind any event or process in our world, and gives us a chance to know ourselves and outward environment better. Disposition of Grahas (a Sanskrit term which has a deeper meaning than "planets") allows us to make horoscope (in Sanskrit called "Janma Kundali") for any person, process or event. According to Jyotisha Veda knowledge, Grahas are main sources of energy that determine everything in our life. On the other hand, Vedic knowledge about the effects of Grahas allows us to solve any problem in it. And the most important – Vedic astrology knowledge provides unique methods and techniques for transformation of consciousness.
Bhagavad Gita
Join our ongoing discussion of this Ancient Vedic Text. The Bhagavad Gita is considered to be one of the most important texts in the history of literature and philosophy. It is comprised of a conversation between Krishna and Arjuna through which Krishna explains life, spirituality, dharma, the secrets of Vairogya (detachment) and what it means to live a wholesome life. Through simply basing your life on this ancient wisdom, you will learn life itself.

This Vinyasa class is musically infused, sweat inducing, intelligent, and full of Bhakti. Bringing soul and movement to life, through creative sequencing linking breath and movement to your inner rhythm, the practice will be challenging yet playful to keep you centered while in the flow of life. This class explores asanas & alignment with advanced variations, encouraging your true inner potential and strength by playing the edge while embracing the challenge. Pranayama, mudra, and meditation will also be explored. An ongoing practice may be helpful.
Advanced Vinyasago!
In this advanced class we will explore a variety of hatha yoga postures aimed to challenge, strengthen and amplify you practice. Yoga experience highly recommended.
Ashtanga go!
Ashtanga Yoga is the system of Yoga taught by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This challenging method of Vinyasa Yoga involves synchronizing the breath with six progressive set series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. Each level is to be fully developed before proceeding to the next. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. Some yoga experience necessary.
Hatha Yoga go!
This class will dive deep into a broader range of asanas with a non-aggressive approach and moderate pace which allows you to dissolve into a more open, graceful body and relax into a steady mind. This class is open to all levels, but due to the slower tempo it is appropriate for beginners who are ready to grow their practice as well. Some yoga experience is recommended.
Kids Yoga go!
This is a wonderful experience to help your little ones grow into their bodies and relationships with greater mindfulness, confidence, compassion and creativity. Kids today are increasingly surrounded by stress at younger and younger ages. From social pressure to standardized tests and over-scheduling, kids need a way to unwind, come back to center and get back in touch with simplicity. Yoga is an amazing tool to guide this journey.

Kids Kalari go!
This class is a great way to help kids develop a healthy realtionship with their bodies and move through life with greater mindfulness, confidence, compassion and creativity. Kalari, the oldest of all Martial Art forms, is a highly powerful and fun practice that presents itself in class as a blend of yoga, martial arts and dance. The four most important principles in every class are grounding, alignment, flow and focus. Kalari is a great way for kids to unwind, come back to center and develop discipline.go!

The oldest of all Martial Art forms, Kalari is the Tantra Yoga of martial arts. This highly powerful practice presents itself in class as a blend of yoga, martial arts and dance. The four most important principles in every class are grounding, alignment, flow and focus. Level 1 focus = more detail on Lohars, Kalari Sun Salutation, Leg swings & Salutation form. Level 2 focus = more detail on Shiva & Shakti forms + long stick. -No yoga experience or yoga mat necessary, expect to work hard & sweat.

Kundalini go!
Based on the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, Kundalini yoga is a physical and meditative discipline, comprising a set of techniques that use the mind, senses and body to create a communication between mind and body. Kundalini yoga focuses on psycho-spiritual growth and the body's potential for maturation, giving special consideration to the role of the spine and the endocrine system in the understanding of yogic awakening. This this less strenuous practice will help you to feel more relaxed, healthy, and happy through utilizing yogic postures, movements, breath work, and meditations. Little or no yoga experience necessary.
Mommy & Me go!
This class is geared to let mom and child have some bonding time while participating in different activities surrounding yoga philosophy. Both parent and child will have the opportunity to try some yoga asana, pranayama and meditation in a fun relaxed atmosphere
Relax & Release go!
This calming, therapeutic class uses gentle movement & props to support the body in order to deepen the benefits of poses. Both soothing and nurturing, this class promotes the effects of conscious relaxation and meditation. An opportunity to be still, relax and let go! Little or no yoga experience necessary..
Yoga for Athletes go!
This class is geared toward athletes, outdoor enthusiast, and yoga regulars looking to enhance their physical performance. Sports & Athletics require repetitive movement, generally in a limited range of motion. Often the end result is a body that is over worked and simultaneously under utilized, therefore susceptible to injury. Yoga for Athletes will focus on re-aligning the body from over use and injuries through longer held postures with plenty of variations to suit your specific needs. This class will reset muscle length, improve body awareness and core strength, and focus the mind. If you've labeled yourself "too tight for yoga" this class is for you.
Yoga for Digestion go!
Digestion is the most important system for a healthy body. Balancing the digestive system improves the quality of your skin, increases energy, and improves your overall efficiency in life. In this class we will focus on asanas which strengthen the core and low back, improve blood circulation and pranayama to increase the digestive fire.
Yoga for Neck and Shoulders go!
This slow paced nurturing class will emphasize the restorative aspects of hatha yoga focusing on specific postures to alleviate tension in the neck and shoulders. This practice is a wonderful way to learn how to relax, as well as create lasting relief from headaches, migranes, upper back, neck and shoulder pain. No yoga experience necessary.
Yoga for Back and Spine
This class offers twist after twist to put your spine, organs and spirit back into correct alignment. You'll feel and see the difference after just one class! No yoga Experience Necessary. All levels welcome.
Basics go!
This class is for absolutely anyone of any age, shape or size to experience the many benefits of yoga. No experience or flexibility required. In this straight-forward and supportive class environment, you will learn basic yoga postures, art and benefits of breathing, correct positioning of postures within one's own body, and how to incorporate props into your practice to increase the freedom and mobility of the body. We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing when practicing yoga. No yoga experience necessary.
Level 1 go!

In this more challenging yoga practice we build strength internally as well as externally. We cultivate concentration, confidence, and endurance. This class explores asanas with advanced variations and leads us to find our true inner potential by playing the edge while embracing the challenge. An ongoing practice is recommended. (Recommended for students with at least 6 months of practice.)
Open Level go!
All levels are welcome to attend this dynamic class, where we explore a wide range of asanas. Open classes also often include chanting, meditation practice, and teachings from ancient yogic philosophy. It is recommended but not required that you attend Basic or Level 1 classes before attending Open classes.
